TONES OF COLOUR SINGLE ‘BROKEN’ ON OTTAWA.CA ‘CITY SOUNDS PLAYLIST 2025’

We’re excited to announce that “Broken,” the latest single from our album Tones of Colour, has been selected for inclusion on Ottawa.ca’s City Sounds Playlist 2025! 🎶

This marks our second consecutive year on the City Sounds playlist, following the 2024 inclusion of “Smooth Samba” from our album Eclectic. Being recognized again alongside so many outstanding local artists is truly an honour.

City Sounds is an annual, curated, streamable playlist that showcases talented musicians from across the Ottawa region, celebrating the diversity and strength of our local music scene.

We’re grateful for the continued support and proud to represent our community through our music.

TONES OF COLOUR SINGLE “BROKEN” FEATURED ON “SONG REVIEW NOW” PODCAST (EPISODE 145)

AnjChito’s single “Broken”, from the album Tones of Colour, was recently featured on Episode 145 of the Song Review Now podcast. Here was what was said in the review: 

“It’s really mellow, really smooth. The music is done so well—it’s produced and mixed well. The vocals sound great. It’s just a solid song. Excellent job on that one.”

TONES OF COLOUR SINGLES ‘LOST CONTROL’  & ‘BROKEN’ ON CKCU-FM 93.1 RADIO

Two tracks from AnjChito’s latest album Tones of Colour — “Lost Control” and “Broken” — were featured on Eric Stolpmann’s Curiocity show on CKCU-FM 93.1. The songs aired on back-to-back episodes, on December 2 and 9, 2024. Curiocity broadcasts every Monday morning starting at 10am.
